Exchange Policy (Kosovo, Albania & North Macedonia)

  • We do not accept returns for online purchases once the order has been received.
  • Exchanges are available only for regular-priced items. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchanges are valid only for items of equal or higher value.
  • You must request the exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • All exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
